Be at the Forefront of your Field
In this 6 month Mastermind, you will increase your fluency in the language of Experience Design, and master a new approach to transforming groups through intimate engagement and experiential learning.
Each participant will get expert guidance and mentorship from Experience is Everything founder Jenny Sauer-Klein, who has been designing and facilitating experiences for over 20 years to tens of thousands of people.
You will learn time tested frameworks and principles that Jenny has developed that have impacted teams and events at leading organizations like Google, Dropbox, Airbnb, and Genentech.
You will leave with a scaffolding to build any type of event that delivers profound results and overwhelmingly positive feedback, everytime.
Expand your Network and your Comfort Zone
You will learn with and from each other, in a curated community of Experience Designers who are ready to connect, contribute and collaborate.

You will:
-
Learn Jenny's best games, exercises and processes that you can use at your events
-
Apply the dramatic arc template Jenny uses to design all her events for transformative outcomes, that you can use for your events and with your clients
-
Turn concepts into experiences that make the material immediately tangible and practical
-
Leverage the 4 steps of the experiential learning cycle to create lasting change
-
Learn parameters for how to design your own exercises from scratch, customized to your audience, theme and outcome

-
Address your biggest facilitation fears and challenges
-
Practice facilitating the group with real time feedback from Jenny and your peers
About the program:
The core of the Mastermind is four 3 day in-person training sessions where you will learn Jenny’s time-tested frameworks, techniques, and exercises and how to apply them to your own events.
You will learn with and from your fellow participants, and share your zones of genius and areas of expertise with each other, creating deep connections and opportunities for creative growth.
You will be asked to select a Thesis, which is a project you will work on over the course of the 6 months, as a practical application of everything you are learning. This project will be unique to you and is intended to catapult your career as an Experience Designer to the next level.
There will be homework assignments to continue the learning in between the training sessions, as well as design and facilitation exercises during the weekends to practice applying your new skills.

About Jenny
Over the past 20 years, I've designed and facilitated every type of event you can think of, from classes to workshops to retreats to intensives to teacher trainings to festivals to conferences, from the yoga world to the corporate world. My love of creating linear progressive systems designed to make material accessible to the masses helped me to scale AcroYoga into a global movement with millions of practitioners around the world. I've bridged cultural divides, and taught to tens of thousands of people in over 20 countries. My specialty is scaling intimacy, and I love making a crowd of 300 feel like a gathering of 30. I've worked with some of the top companies in the Bay Area including Airbnb, Google, Dropbox, and Genentech to design events and programs that engage their employees and bring their culture to life. I'm the founder and executive director of The Culture Conference, an invite only event for organizational leaders on building culture from the inside out. A collection of my best team building games and exercises can be found in the Play On Purpose video library, designed to help facilitators engage groups with confidence. I have a BFA in musical theatre and I see the world through the lens of the dramatic arc, which greatly informs my perspective on Experience Design, and taking participants on a transformative journey. I am most at home and alive when facilitating groups.
The Value:
SMALL GROUP: The 2020 cohort is limited to 12 participants to insure an intimate group with personalized attention from myself and my assistants. It's big enough to feel like a vibrant community and small enough to have time to make meaningful connections with each person.
CUSTOMIZED PROGRAMMING: While there is a core curriculum that is consistent, I ask for feedback at the end of every session and am always tweaking the content to make it better for you.
CURATED COMMUNITY: Each individual in the group is hand-picked by me, and each participant must meet pre-requisites, and go through an application and interview process. The result is a group of generous and experienced practitioners who come from diverse backgrounds to create a rich melting pot of learning.
MASTERMIND EXPERIENCE: I have participated in and organized a number of mastermind programs before, as well as designed certification programs and certified hundreds of teachers, so I am confident you will receive a high quality experience. My goal is to over-deliver for you!
PROXIMITY IS POWER: The curation of this high caliber group sets everyone up to reap great rewards on many levels, with a highly valuable skill set and access to new collaborations and clients. The course could quickly pay for itself from the opportunities that come through the connections in this network.
UNIQUE TRAINING: This is the only training out there of its kind. I have seen trainings that only focus on facilitation, or user experience (UX/UI) kind of programming trainings, but nothing I have found that focuses on designing human-centered transformational experiences that create connection. You can't get this education anywhere else.
SHAVE YEARS OFF OF TRIAL AND ERROR: I share all my best tools and techniques that I have learned in 20 years of full time experience design and facilitation practice. Through what you learn, you will avoid years of costly mistakes, so that you can take a quantum leap in your practice now.
OPPORTUNITY FOR MENTORSHIP: I don't take on individual coaching clients, so this is the only opportunity to receive mentorship from me as an experience designer. My corporate clients pay $20,000 per day for experience design consulting, but in the Mastermind you get 6 months of support for half that cost.

You believe learning experiences can be fun, and can create lasting transformation for attendees.
